CCI4EU online course. “How to optimize molecular diagnostics in practice?”

This course, developed by CCI4EU (Comprehensive Cancer Infrastructures for the European Union), is the tenth in a series of ten online training sessions organized within this European project. CCI4EU’s mission is to assist EU Member States and Associated Countries in enhancing or establishing their Comprehensive Cancer Infrastructures (CCIs), with a focus on advancing their research and innovation capacities.
The topic of this online course is “How to optimize molecular diagnostics in practice?”.

Course aim:
Next-generation sequencing technologies have revolutionized the field of molecular diagnostics in cancer. This course will explore the impact of molecular diagnostics on cancer diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment prediction, as well as the implications of identifying germline pathogenic variants. We will also examine how clinical decision support tools can assist Molecular Tumor Boards and inform clinical decision-making. Additionally, emerging technologies in precision cancer medicine will be discussed, along with best practice examples from precision cancer medicine programs.

It will be of interest to Physicians/clinicians, researchers, management, coordinators, patients and patient advocates .

Please note that to access this course, you must register on the e-ESO learning platform. Registration is free of charge.
