To establish a clear organizational approach for Comprehensive Cancer Infrastructures (CCI), we have developed a template that outlines the rules of procedure. These rules define the objectives, tasks, and working methods—such as the election of chairpersons, voting procedures, and the process to become a member of the CCI—as well as the meeting formats, which include coordination boards and topic-specific working groups. Additionally, they cover the coordination point or function to ensure effective collaboration and structure within the CCI.
