Document entitled ” Collaboration Model for MTU-ICT”, aiming to clarify the responsibilities for the operation and management of MTU (Medical Technical Equipment) system solutions between Oslo University Hospital (OUS) and Sykehuspartner (SP).
The primary goal is to ensure both information security and patient safety. Additionally, the model enhances the potential for reusing Risk and Opportunity Studies (ROS) and solution design (LD). This strategic planning model provides a valuable example for setting up effective strategic planning in a Comprehensive Cancer Infrastructure (CCI). The procedure outlines how the collaboration model should be implemented at OUS, focusing solely on the responsibilities and tasks related to the ICT components of the medical-technical equipment.
