The OUS Career Assessment Matrix (OUS-CAM) is a tool designed for competence assessment and career guidance for researchers at Oslo University Hospital (OUS).

It is based on the Norwegian Career Assessment Matrix (NOR-CAM) and the Open Science Career Evaluation Matrix (OS-CAM), and emphasizes a broad set of competencies relevant to translational and clinical research, innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
