European Cancer Organisation (ECO) policy action report – “Time to Accelerate: The Use of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures in European Oncology”

This European Cancer Organisation policy action report, Time to Accelerate: The Use of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures in European Oncology, presents insights from across the European cancer community on the current use of patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) in oncology.

The report builds on discussions from the July 2023 Community 365 roundtable event, Patient-Reported Outcome Measures in Oncology: Unrealised Potential?, co-chaired by Zorana Maravic, ECO Patient Advisory Committee Member, and Isabel Rubio, ECO Board Member 2022-2023.

It highlights challenges, opportunities, and recommendations to enhance the implementation and impact of PROMs in European cancer care.
