To set up a strategic plan for the further development of Comprehensive Cancer Infrastructures (CCI), we have developed a checklist that outlines key points crucial for the successful implementation of the CCI. This checklist specifies the essential areas of focus, responsible individuals or working groups, and allows for tracking progress on the various activities described in the Maturity Model. It serves as a practical tool to ensure that all critical aspects are addressed and coordinated effectively for the growth and optimization of the CCI.
